STEM - catapults

20th Dec 2018

The class were challenged to make catapults from lolly sticks and rubber bands. We then investigated how the distance of a projectile would be affected by changing different elements such as the number of sticks, the thing catapulted (Snowball or mini Marshallow) or the size of rubber band. We measured the results and then fed back to the class what each group found out.
