This half term within our Thematic Unit we have been exploring the Vikings as Raiders.
We gathered information from our initial carousel activity to help form quality questions to guide our learning.
Using these questions, we have worked collaboratively in pairs and small groups to sequence different time eras to identify the Viking age on a timeline, identified and named the homelands of the Vikings, piecing these together like a puzzle and have furthered our learning by using reliable sources to prove the Vikings were Raiders.
We now wonder were the Vikings Traders as well as Raiders?
