Year 4 have been learning about fractions. They have been working hard to find half and a quarter of both 2-D shapes and numbers! We decided to investigate fractions further today, as the class enjoyed some activity-based learning. The children explored the resources in pairs, and then successfully identified which fractions were largest and which were smallest. A very successful lesson indeed!
